摘要
最近的实验表明，有机场效应晶体管（FETs）的性能强烈依赖于栅极绝缘体的介电性质。特别是，研究表明，随着栅极材料介电常数的增加，迁移率的温度依赖性从类金属行为演变为绝缘体行为。这一现象可以用载流子与有机/介电界面处的声子发生极性相互作用形成小极化子来解释。基于此模型，本文分析了高浓度下载流子之间库仑排斥可能产生的后果。
