S. S. Magliveras 等人描述了基于有限置换群的对数签名（亦称群基）的对称与公钥密码系统。在本文中，我们证明：若 是一个非平凡有限群，且不是素数阶循环群或素数平方阶循环群，则这些系统的轮（或加密）函数——即由精确横截对数签名（亦称横截群基）诱导的 上的置换——生成 上的全对称群。这回答了 S. S. Magliveras、D.R. Stinson 和 Tran van Trung 的一个问题。
