我们将Reiner--Saliola--Welker著名而神秘的*k-随机到随机*shuffle族从对称群上的马尔可夫链推广至Type-A Iwahori--Hecke代数上的马尔可夫链。我们证明了该算子族两两互相交换，其特征值为关于q的多项式，且系数为非负整数。我们的工作推广了Reiner--Saliola--Welker和Lafrenièrefor对称群的工作，并简化了该情形下已知的所有证明。
