摘要
我们分析了具有原子参与者、非对称策略以及以所有参与者中的最大延迟作为社会成本的网络拥塞博弈。这一重要的社会成本函数比平均延迟知之甚少。我们表明，当网络为环且链路延迟为线性时，无政府代价至多为二。我们的界是紧的。这是针对最大延迟目标的第一个精确界。
