摘要

我们证明，Clifford群——Weyl-Heisenberg群的正规化子——可以用单项相位置换矩阵表示，当且仅当维数是平方数。这简化了SIC向量的表达式，并对SIC和互无偏基有其他应用。首次给出了16维SIC的精确解。
