摘要
Kummer 猜想预测了素数分圆域相对类数的渐近增长。我们在三种情景下大幅改进了 Kummer 比率的已知界限：无 Siegel 零点、存在 Siegel 零点以及假设仅针对奇特征的 Dirichlet -级数的 Riemann 假设。本文中的数值工作扩展并改进了我们早期的预印本（arXiv:1908.01152），并展示了我们的理论结果。
