本文给出 Specht 模在逆 Schur 函子下的像同构于特征 2 中对偶 Weyl 模的充要条件，并给出在所有其他特征中所有情形均成立该同构的初等证明。这些结果在特征 2 与 3 中是新的。我们推导出特征 2 中若干不可分解 Specht 模的新例子。当同构不成立时，对偶 Weyl 模仍是 Specht 模之像的商模，我们证明一些附加结果：我们说明该像未必具有由对偶 Weyl 模构成的滤子，界定商映射核的维数，并给出若干特定情形的显式描述。我们的方法是将 Specht 模与对偶 Weyl 模视为适当外幂模经 Garnir 关系的商模。
