我们研究了量子透镜空间上的几乎实谱三元组，将其视为量子群 SU_q(2) 上谱几何的循环群自由作用的轨道空间。这些谱三元组是通过弱化实谱三元组的某些条件而给出的。我们对量子透镜空间上的不可约几乎实谱三元组进行了分类，并研究了此类量子透镜空间的酉等价性。通过应用非交换几何中主 U(1)-纤维化的有用刻画，我们证明了所有此类量子透镜空间均为量子泪滴上的主 U(1)-纤维化。
