边界自 Chebyshev 半径的极值多边形

摘要
本文致力于研究欧几里得平面上凸多边形的一些极值问题，这些问题与多边形边界的自 Chebyshev 半径概念相关。我们考虑在所有具有固定边界自 Chebyshev 半径的 n 边形中最小化周长这一一般问题。本文的主要结果是针对上述 n=4 情形的完整求解：我们证明了周长最小的四边形是一种所谓的 magic kite（魔筝形），从而验证了 Rolf Walter 的相应猜想。
