InN 纳米线中相位相干长度的温度依赖性

摘要
我们报道了通过等离子体辅助分子束外延生长的 InN 纳米线的低温磁输运测量结果。观测到的电导特征涨落模式被用于获取关于相位相干输运的信息。通过分析不同温度下电导涨落的均方根值和关联场，确定了相位相干长度。
