PbTe宽抛物量子阱中的相位相干输运

摘要
在宏观准三维PbTe宽量子阱中观察到了电导涨落。在40 mK至1.2K的温度范围内，相关场显著增大。与此同时，尽管横向样品尺寸比扩散电子输运的任何典型长度尺度大两个数量级，涨落幅度仍保持在e^2/h附近。我们将此行为解释为相位相干电子输运，其利用了体区域边缘通道和边缘通道回路中电子相位相干长度的显著增强。
