摘要

我们讨论了在不同接触构型下非局域实验的结果，这些结果可归因于接触臂的非局域行为。研究表明，观察到的可重现涨落可以理解为接触臂中非局域体电流涨落的结果。这些涨落由体区域中的势涨落引起的边缘通道背散射来解释。
