量子自旋霍尔态中的非局域边缘态输运

摘要
我们提供了在无外加磁场条件下,HgTe量子阱在量子自旋霍尔区中非局域输运的直接实验证据。数据确凿地表明,非耗散量子输运通过边缘通道发生,而接触点导致边缘处反向传播自旋态之间的平衡。我们证明实验数据与量子自旋霍尔效应的理论定量吻合。
