量子点接触中非高斯涨落的探测

摘要
本文报道了对通过可调透射势垒（即量子点接触）的电流涨落的实验研究。我们测量了透射电荷的概率分布函数，其精度足以提取前三个累积量。为了获得对应于电压偏置势垒的本征量，我们采用了一种考虑外部电路和放大器响应的程序。以高精度获得的第三累积量被发现与非泊松区域中的输运统计预测一致。
