摘要

本文中，我们证明对于所有 $v \equiv 1 \pmod 3$ ，存在超简单 (v, 4, 2) 有向设计。同时，我们证明对于这些参数，存在一种超简单 (v, 4, 2) 有向设计，其每个定义集至少含有半数的块。
