具有先验涡度分布的二维湍流统计力学

摘要
我们将二维湍流统计理论的框架推广到卡西米尔约束被先验涡度分布所取代的情形。我们得到了粗粒化涡度演化的新弛豫方程。该方程既可作为受迫二维湍流（由先验决定）的热力学参数化方案，也可作为构造二维欧拉方程任意非线性动力学稳定定态解的数值算法。
