谱简化：湍流的统计描述

摘要
描述了一种预测湍流统计性质的方法。将 Fourier 幅值集合表示为非均匀分布的模式，其耦合系数增强。可从简化模型的时间平均预测中恢复完整动力学的统计特性。Liouville 定理导致无粘性平衡解。与二维受强迫-耗散伪谱仿真取得了良好一致。对于二维涡度级联，观察到高阶结构函数出现对数修正。
