摘要
尽管近年来在开发和部署社交机器人方面取得了许多成就,但仍有许多未充分探索的环境和应用需要最终用户对此类系统进行系统评估。虽然已有几种机器人平台被用于老年医疗保健,但具有多模态对话能力的社交交互机器人在现实设施中是否有用并被接受的问题仍有待回答。本文试图通过两轮实验来部分回答这个问题,实验对象是巴黎一家日间老年医疗机构的患者和陪伴者,使用了一个具有社交和对话交互能力的全尺寸人形机器人。在H2020 SPRING项目期间开发的软件架构,连同实验方案,使我们能够评估超过60名最终用户的可接受性和可用性。总体而言,用户对该技术持接受态度,尤其是当机器人的感知和动作技能能够抵抗环境杂乱并灵活处理大量不同交互时。
