摘要

我们证明了对于 $\dot H^s(\R^3)$ 中具有 $\frac 12 <s<\frac{3}{2}$ 的径向对称函数，其库仑能量的 $L^p$ 下界。在 $\frac 12 <s \leq 1$ 的情况下，我们证明了这些下界是尖锐的。
