摘要
我们研究附着于一级、权 的全纯 Hecke 尖形式族的对称平方 -函数在中心点的 次矩。我们对所有实数 无条件地建立了尖锐下界。在广义黎曼假设成立的前提下，我们还对所有实数 得到了尖锐下界，并对所有实数 得到了尖锐上界。

The non-vanishing result stated in the first version has been obtained with an explicit proportion under GRH by H. Iwaniec, W. Luo and P. Sarnak, which escaped my attention. I have therefore changed the title of the paper, focusing on bounds for the moments of symmetric square $L$-functions
