双极量子流体动力学模型的半经典与松弛极限

摘要
本文在 中研究了半导体双极量子流体动力学模型的整体时间半经典和松弛极限。我们证明了唯一的强解在半经典极限过程中整体收敛于经典双极流体动力学方程的强解，并且在联合的松弛和半经典极限下收敛于经典漂移-扩散系统的强解。
