摘要

设 $X$ 为非塌缩 Ricci 极限空间， $x\in X$ 。我们证明对任意 $\epsilon>0$ ，存在 $r>0$ ，使得 $B_t(x)$ 中的任一环路在 $B_{(1+\epsilon)t}(x)$ 中可缩，其中 $t\in(0,r]$ 。特别地， $X$ 是半局部单连通的。
