摘要

利用阿森纳模型描述无序系统, 我们数值计算了在金属-绝缘体相变临界点附近电子能谱的波动情况, 其中的晶格规模可达 28×28×28 个站点. 结果表明, 能级间距分布和能量区间内状态数方差都呈现有限尺寸缩放特性, 这种特性允许我们确定临界点并求出局域化长度的临界指数.
