二维无序电子系统中的临界能级统计

摘要

研究了磁场中二维无序电子系统（幺正系综）或存在强自旋轨道散射（辛系综）在安德森转变点处的能级统计。发现能级间距分布函数 $P(s)$ 's与系统尺寸或势分布类型无关，表明其普适性。在前一种情况下，它们在小的 $s$ 区域表现为 $s^2$ ，而在后一种情况下观察到 $s^4$ 的上升。
