我们为局部紧群胚引入了 Roe C*-代数的概念，该群胚的单位空间通常非紧，且配备了适当的粗结构和 Haar 系。利用 Connes 的切群胚方法，我们为配备了额外度量结构的李群胚上的椭圆微分算子引入了一个解析指标，该指标取值于 Roe C*-代数的 K-理论。我们应用我们的理论推导了开流形上叶状结构的 Lichnerowicz 型消失结果。
