我们研究特征为0的代数闭域上平移Yangian的最高权表示。特别地，我们对有限维不可约表示进行了分类，并解释了如何根据标准模的已知特征标与某些Kazhdan-Lusztig多项式来计算它们的Gelfand-Tsetlin特征标。我们的方法利用了平移Yangian与一般线性李代数中幂零轨道相关联的有限W-代数之间的关系。
