有限生成 profinite 群的概率 zeta 函数的有理性

摘要

我们讨论 profinite 群 $G$ 的有限性性质是否可以从概率 zeta 函数 $P_G(s)$ 推导出来。特别地，我们证明：如果 $P_G(s)$ 是有理的，且 $G$ 的除了有限多个之外的所有非交换合成因子都是固定特征下的 Lie 型群，那么 $G$ 仅包含有限多个极大子群。
