随机矩阵理论与黎曼 zeta 函数的离散矩

摘要
我们计算了随机酉矩阵的特征多项式在距本征角一小段距离处取值的离散矩。此类结果使我们能对黎曼 zeta 函数的类似矩作出猜想，并提供一种统一的方法来理解 zeta 函数及其导数的矩。
