MoS2-WSe2异质双层莫尔图案产生的量子限域电子态

摘要

通过扫描隧道显微镜和谱学在5 K和80 K温度下研究了一种由沉积在外延石墨烯上的MoS2覆盖WSe2构成的二维(2D)异质双层系统。观察到由MoS2与WSe2之间3.7%晶格失配引起的莫尔图案。与在褶皱极小值处获得的谱图相比,在莫尔褶皱极大值处观察到的隧穿谱中存在显著的能移,与先前工作一致。此外,对于在5 K获取的谱图,在莫尔褶皱极小值处,靠近能带边缘能量处的谱图中观察到尖锐峰。这些峰对应于限域在莫尔原胞内的离散态。采用电导映射揭示这些态波函数的详细结构。对于80 K的测量,谱图中尖锐峰消失,且能带边缘的电导映射几乎不显示结构。
