双层WSe$_2$中扭转调控的多能带拓扑映射

摘要

半导体莫尔超晶格已被证明具有一系列由相互作用驱动的基态。然而,扭转同质双层在莫尔波长较大(相互作用最占主导)的极限下一直难以研究。在此,我们对小扭转角下的扭转双层WSe2_2(tWSe2_2)进行局域电子压缩率测量。我们展示了多个拓扑能带,其在约1.231.23^\circ的“魔角”附近零磁场下承载一系列陈绝缘体。利用局域施加的电场,我们在每个莫尔原胞一个空穴处诱导出拓扑量子相变。我们的工作确立了tWSe2_2中广义Kane-Mele-Hubbard模型的拓扑相图,展示了一种用于强关联拓扑相的可调平台。
