各向同性平板中弹性模式的量子化

摘要
我们对平板中的弹性模式进行了量子化。为此，我们找到了弹性方程的一组完备且正交的本征函数，并对其进行了归一化。这些就是平板中的声子模式，其具体形式和色散关系在超薄膜的低温实验中得以体现。
