本文介绍了“横截算子”的一些性质与应用。提出了两种横截算子：“平移”算子 T 和“伸缩”算子 D。此类算子用于常见的分析系统中，包括傅里叶级数分析、傅里叶分析、Gabor 分析、多分辨率分析 (MRA) 和小波分析。与酉傅里叶变换算子 F 类似，横截算子 T 和 D 也是酉算子。这些酉算子的有用性证明见于一些常见分析系统（包括 MRA 分析和小波分析）中结果的证明过程。
