摘要
设 为degree恰好为 n 的积分 Legendre 多项式系统， 为积分 Legendre 多项式的极坐标原函数。我们推导了若干恒等式和关系，并研究了关于极坐标积分 Legendre 多项式的 extremal 问题和最小化问题。
