聚合物基质中InAs纳米晶量子点的光学增益

摘要
我们报告了基于三束时间分辨泵浦-探测技术,首次观察到发射波长为1.55微米的InAs纳米晶量子点的光学增益。这些纳米晶被嵌入到适用于制造集成光子器件的透明聚合物基质平台中。
