利用等离激元纳米天线增强单个自组装量子点的光学激发效率

摘要
我们展示了等离激元纳米颗粒的受控定位如何改变单个外延GaAs量子点的光致发光。天线颗粒使发光强度提高了约八倍。光谱和时间分辨的光致发光测量证明量子点的激发速率增加。稳定的外延量子发射器与等离激元纳米结构的结合有望对纳米科学和量子光学非常有益。
