摘要
我们研究了沉积在 Au/SiO2/Si 基底上的单层和多层石墨烯的光学对比度。我们的结果证明，光学显微镜可以轻松快速地定位、识别和计数石墨烯层数。可见度取决于 Au 和 SiO2 层的厚度以及所用光的波长。我们提出了检测石墨烯的最佳参数。
