摘要
通过原子团簇、有机分子和纳米结构中几个典型热激活过程的例子，表明根据Vineyard公式计算阿伦尼乌斯定律中相应的指前因子，与这些过程特征时间温度依赖性的分子动力学模拟数据吻合良好。这种“静态”方法（结合通过势能超曲面检查确定活化能）提供了系统动力学特性的信息，而无需借助需要大量计算机资源的数值模拟时间演化。
