摘要
本文研究了1993年年Hong提出的一个问题，涉及给定阶数和规模的连通图的邻接矩阵谱半径的最小值。Hong询问是否成立：在具有给定顶点数n和边数e的所有连通图中，具有最小谱半径的图（即最小谱半径的图）必须是近似规则图，即其最大度与最小度之差最多为一。本文在各种n和e的值以及几个情形下正确回答了Hong的问题，并在若干情况下确定了具有最小谱半径的图。
