我们讨论了权重允许为有限符号测度的无耗散 Camassa--Holm 方程等谱问题的正谱与逆谱理论。特别地，我们证明了该权重由谱数据唯一确定，并解决了符号定号测度类的逆谱问题。所得结果被用于推导无耗散 Camassa--Holm 方程的若干性质。具体而言，我们证明了具有可积动量的初始条件会渐近分裂为孤峰子（peakons）之和，正如 McKean 所猜想的那样。
