摘要
Landau研究了数域K上莫比乌斯函数和刘维尔函数的部分和。首先，我们使用Liu和Ye提出的新佩龙公式重新尝试同一问题。接下来，我们考虑K的戴德金ζ函数的广义黎曼假设与素理想定理的等价定理。
