摘要
我们考虑带 Neumann 边界条件且涉及临界 Hardy 势的二维 Laplacian 特征值问题。我们证明了第二特征函数的存在性，并研究了其在原点附近的渐近行为。一个关键工具是带对数权的 Sobolev 型不等式，本文将其作为加权非线性势论的应用予以证明。
