摘要
我们考虑圆柱中Laplace算子的奇异扰动特征值问题，其侧向表面上的窄条施加了频繁且非周期的边界条件交替。条宽以任意方式依赖于小参数，并可能快速振荡，且振荡性质也是任意的。我们得到了扰动特征值收敛阶的两侧估计。
