摘要
通过椭偏光谱和光致发光光谱，实验证实了在界面无共原子的异质结（如 ZnSe/BeTe）中存在本征载流子界面态。这些态位于界面上，处于结构的有效带隙内，具有高密度和高载流子俘获率的特点。紧束缚模型从理论上证实，在 ZnTe 型界面的 ZnSe/BeTe 异质结中存在这些态，而在 BeSe 型界面的情况下则不存在。
