摘要
考虑仅基于到达过程和离开过程的信息，对离散时间 队列中的服务时间分布进行估计。重点在于通过所谓的“差分序列”进行的估计方法。通过证明所得估计量的函数中心极限定理，大幅扩展了该方法的现有结果。此处，底层函数空间取为收敛于零的序列空间。考虑使用移动块 bootstrap 技术来估计所得的协方差核，并证明其在温和的附加条件下是适用的。
