摘要
对Mott-Schottky分析进行了调整，以确定硫化铅-氧化锌胶体量子点异质结太阳能电池的内建偏压（Vbi）和掺杂密度（N）。我们表明，太阳能电池电极处的电荷注入势垒产生了一个恒定电容，该电容使结的耗尽电容发生畸变，导致通过Mott-Schottky分析确定的Vbi和N值出现误差。通过在耗尽电容两端并联一个恒定电容，将注入势垒电容考虑在内。
