摘要

本文提出了用于描述各向同性湍流速度场傅里叶模的 Langevin 模型方程，其统计性质与自洽场 (SCF) 理论中 governing 方程的统计性质相同 [J. R. Herring, Physics of Fluids 9, 2106 (1966)]。
