摘要

我们观测到高纯度n-GaAs中施主束缚电子的毫秒级自旋翻转弛豫时间。这比先前报道的n-GaAs中的寿命大三个数量级。自旋翻转时间作为磁场的函数进行测量，并在大于4 T的磁场下表现出强烈的幂律依赖性。这一结果与先前报道的量子点中电子的理论和测量结果定性一致。
