摘要

我们证明，对于 $\mathbb{R}^2$ 中在受限方向区间 $[-\theta, \theta]$ （其中 $\theta < \frac{\pi}{4}$ ）内旋转的矩形类，最优方向偏差的下界至少为 $N^{1/5}$ 阶，其常数依赖于 $\theta$ 。
