VO2中焦耳热驱动电导开关过程中的局部温度重分布与结构相变

摘要

研究了Mott绝缘体VO2中由焦耳热诱导的电导开关现象。采用了包括光学表征、黑体显微镜、扫描透射X射线显微镜(STXM)和数值模拟在内的互补原位技术。结果表明,在相同电流下,电导开关发生时伴随着结构相变,出现局部温度的突变重分布。
