摘要
本文利用具有高空间和光谱分辨率的 X 射线吸收谱显微术，探讨了 VO2 中广受关注的电子（Mott）与结构（Peierls）双重相变。研究发现，在加热和冷却过程中，电子相变始终先于结构 Peierls 相变。在两次相变之间，存在在此处被光谱分离的中间态。
